The Gateway Workforce Initiative is excited to share that the International Residence Hall (IRH) in Foley is officially open and ready to support local businesses by providing housing for seasonal workers. Located at 2905 Koniar Way, Foley, AL 36535, this will be the first summer of operation for the residence hall, and they are already near capacity—but there is still some space available!
Employers in Baldwin County who need housing for their summer workforce are encouraged to take advantage of this new facility. IRH Foley is designed to accommodate international and domestic seasonal workers, offering a comfortable and convenient living environment.
Enhanced Transportation for Residents To further support businesses and workers, IRH Foley has invested in three new buses to provide reliable transportation. Routes and schedules have been carefully planned, and adjustments will be made in collaboration with employers over the next few months to ensure optimal service for workers.
