Through many recruitment efforts such as career fairs and industry tours, the Gateway Workforce Initiative strives to bridge the gap between students academic experiences and the professional world. By seeing firsthand how companies operate, hearing from those who have navigated their own career paths, and engaging in hands-on activities, students gain a clearer picture of various careers.
