Veterans Initiative
Recruiting Veterans offers significant benefits to businesses and the community. Veterans bring fresh perspectives, unique experiences, and a strong skill set, including leadership, teamwork, and adaptability in high-pressure situations. Their problem-solving skills and diverse backgrounds make them valuable assets, filling gaps across various roles. Hiring veterans enhances skills and productivity, stimulates economic growth, promotes diversity and inclusion, and supports community well-being. Their experiences contribute positively to both businesses and the broader community. We are excited to announce the start of a new initiative that will continue building until the end of 2025 when we will increase the number of veterans in our workforce.
